1-How can I place an order?
To place your order, please visit our website and follow three basic steps.
- Select a product from our product list given on the website and click on “Buy Now” or “Order Now”
- Customize your order by providing us with quantity , Material and sizes
- Provide us with your customized art work
- If u need our graphic designers help for design then click on the “Free Design” button and proceed the order
- Choose your payment options to finally proceed the order
- We will be Thankful to you for placing an order
- You will receive an order confirmation email as you place the order. We will be looking forward to receive your order.
2- Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
Generally changing or cancellation of order is not possible. Once you place an order it is automatically transferred to our production unit for further processing. We apologize for this inconvenience. Your Order can be cancelled or changed only if it has not yet transferred to our production system.

3-How do I upload my artwork?
To upload your own graphic, please follow the steps below:
1- Select a product from our product list given on the website and click on “Buy Now” or “Order Now”
2- Customize your order by providing us with quantity, Material and sizes
3- Provide us with your customized art work
4- Click Browse button and select the artwork file to be uploaded.
5- Press "Done" button
A small window will apear showing the upload in progress and the file will be uploaded.
We recommend high resolution JPEG work file that accept all color graphics. Please keep in mind that low resolution graphics may not print well.
4- Pricing and Printing Time?
Our prices vary from product to product depending upon what quality do u chooses and in how much quantity and size do u want the product. Our entire Prices can be seen by looking at entire Price Listing available on your home page.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method that you select. We look forward to receiving your order!
